  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Sitiawan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142] the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as known as Sitiawan Malay Reserve.
