Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Changkat Batu. DECLARATION of changkat batu malay reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as the Changkat Batu Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 544 hectares in Mukim of Sungai Tinggi, District of Larut, Matang and Selama outlined in grey on PW 3464 deposited in the

Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
