Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, dengan persetujuan Raja dalam mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditanda dengan sempadan bewarna kelabu dalam Pelan Warta Bil. 491 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian daripada Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No. 380 bertarikh 16 Julai 1987 berkuatkuasa mulai tarikh Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservation Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler in Council declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated by grey border in the Gazette Plan No. G.P. 491 which is deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the Malay Reservation as published vide Negeri Sembilan

Government Gazette No. 380 dated of 16 July 1987 with effect from the date of the publication of this Notification in the Gazette.
