Opening note

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu (N.M.B. Bab 142), Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Grik dan Kenering melalui Pemberitahuan No. 5465 yang disiarkan pada Oktober 1937 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Rizab Melayu.

JADUAL

Kawasan yang seluas kira-kira 8.870 hektar dalam Mukim Gerik dan 0.038

hektar dalam Mukim Kenering, Daerah Hulu Perak bergaris tepi warna kelabu pada P.W. 1528 yang tersimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Perak, Ipoh.

MALAY RESERVATIONS ENACTMENT

(F.M.S. Cap 142)

PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE GRIK AND KENERING MALAY RESERVATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment (F.M.S. Cap 142) the Menteri Besar Perak with the approval of the

State Authority hereby declares that the areas described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Grik and Kenering Malay Reservations vide

Notification No. 5465 published in October 1937 in the Federated Malay States

Government Gazette shall cease to be a Malay Reservation.

The area of approximately 8.870 hectares in the Mukim of Grik and 0.038

hectares Mukim Kenering, Daerah Hulu Perak outlined in grey on P.W. 1528

deposited in the office of the Director of Survey Perak, Ipoh.
