- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(1)(c) Enakmen Simpanan Melayu 1930 maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Bandar Pokok Sena (asal Mukim Gajah Mati), Daerah Pokok Sena, setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.A. 52027 yang mana disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kedah dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
