Seksyen 22
Seksyen 130 Akta ibu adalah dipinda—
"（a）the wife was resident and the individual was a citizen at some time in the basis year for that year of assessment; and";
(b)
dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "such total income of the wife or the husband as the case may be" dalam subseksyen (8) dengan perkataan-perkataan "the total income of the wife"; dan
(c)
dengan memotong subseksyen (9).
