Opening note
Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah Hakmilik Strata

Kuala Lumpur) 2020.
Kaedah-Kaedah ini hendaklah terpakai bagi Wilayah Persekutuan
Kuala Lumpur.
Penukaran daftar subsidiari kepada daftar strata melalui sistem hakmilik strata elektronik
Pendaftar hendaklah menukarkan daftar subsidiari kepada daftar strata melalui sistem hakmilik strata elektronik mengikut cara yang berikut:
dengan memindahkan maklumat dalam
Borang 10A
Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56/1965] kepada Borang 2e Akta;
dengan memindahkan maklumat dalam
Borang 10B
Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 kepada Borang 3e Akta;
dengan memindahkan maklumat dalam
Borang 10C
Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 kepada Borang 4e Akta;

dengan menggunakan seksyen 13 Akta bagi maksud menukarkan pelan hakmilik subsidiari yang diperakui di bawah
Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 kepada pelan strata yang diperakui di bawah Akta; dan
Pendaftar hendaklah, sebaik selepas penukaran itu, merekodkan butir-butir penukaran dalam daftar subsidiari itu dan butir-butir yang direkodkan itu hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bagi fakta tentang penukaran itu.
Pekeliling Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Persekutuan Bil. 3/2018, termasuk apa-apa pindaan yang dibuat kepadanya, hendaklah terpakai bagi maksud
Kaedah-Kaedah ini.

STRATA TITLES ACT 1985
STRATA TITLES (CONVERSION OF SUBSIDIARY TITLE TO STRATA TITLE)
(FEDERAL TERRITORY OF KUALA LUMPUR) RULES 2020
Opening note
These rules may be cited as the Strata Titles (Conversion of Subsidiary
Title to Strata Title) (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) Rules 2020.
These Rules shall apply to the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Conversion of subsidiary register to strata register under electronic strata titles system 2.
The Registrar shall convert a subsidiary register to a strata register through the electronic strata titles system in the following manner:
by transfering the information in Form 10A of the National Land
Code 1965 [Act 56/1965] into Form 2e of the Act;
by transfering the information in
Form 10B of the
National Land Code 1965 into Form 3e of the Act;
by transfering of the information in Form 10C of the
National Land Code 1965 into Form 4e of the Act;
by applying section 13 of the Act for the purposes of converting the certified plan of subsidiary title under the National Land Code 1965
to certified strata plan under this Act; and
The Registrar shall, immediately after the conversion, record the particulars of the conversion in the subsidiary register and such particulars recorded shall be conclusive evidence of the facts on the conversion.
The Director General of Lands and Mines Circular No. 3/2018, including any amendments made to it, shall apply for the purposes of these Rules.
