Seksyen 4B
(1)
An adjustment for the date of expiry of a licence shall be made once only in accordance with the date of birth of the holder of a licence.
(2)
The adjustment for the date of expiry of a licence referred to in subrule (1) shall apply to—
Adjustment for the date of expiry of a licence.

(a)
an applicant who applies for a licence;
and
(b)
a holder of a licence who applies for renewal of a licence upon the expiry of such licence.
(3)
Where the applicant or the holder of a licence referred to in subrule (2) whose date of birth falls on 29 February, the date of expiry of his licence is either—
(a)
28
February, if the following application for renewal of the licence is made in a year which is not a leap year; or
(b)
29
February, if the following application for renewal of the licence is made in a year which is a leap year, as the case may be.
(4)
The fees to be charged for the purpose of the adjustment of the date of expiry of a licence shall be as prescribed in Table B of the Second Schedule.
(5)
Where the applicant or the holder of a licence referred to in subrule (2) is the applicant or the holder of a licence issued under the Public Service Vehicles

shall not apply.”.
