(Pengisytiharan Kawasan Tempatan Jangkitan) 2020 itu terhenti berkuat kuasa.

Motor Vehicles (Exemption) Rules 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 66(1)(x) and 127(1)(b) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement
1. (1) These rules may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Exemption) Rules 2020.
These Rules are deemed to have come into operation on 25 March 2020.

Exemption
2. (1) The Minister exempts persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule from the application of the provisions specified in column (2), so long as the
Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Infected Local
Areas) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 87/2020] remains in force.
The exemption granted under subrule (1) is subject to the condition that the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall apply to renew his motor vehicle licence, driving licence or vocational licence, as the case may be, within thirty days upon the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases
(Declaration of Infected Local Areas) Order 2020 ceasing to have effect.
