Seksyen 26A
When order made suspending execution (O. 46, r. 26A)
(1)
An order suspending or staying execution shall be in Form 93.
(2)
The Court may order the person liable to execution to pay the costs of the writ and any fees or expenses incurred by the Sheriff or bailiff before the suspension of execution and may authorize the Sheriff or bailiff to sell a portion of the movable property seized sufficient to realise such costs, fees and expenses, and commission, if any.
