Kaedah 103 Kaedah-Kaedah ibu dipinda—
(a)
dalam subkaedah (1), dengan menggantikan perkataan “in duplicate with the Registrar and a copy with the Registrar of the Court of Appeal”
dengan perkataan “with the Registrar”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subkaedah (2) subkaedah yang berikut:
“(3)
The Registrar shall notify the Registry of the Court of Appeal of such withdrawal.”.
