Kaedah-kaedah ini bolehlah dinamakan Kaedah-Kaedah (Perancangan)

Kadar caj pembangunan yang boleh dilevi di bawah seksyen 40 Akta hendaklah sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan dalam Jadual Pertama.
Maklumat tambahan untuk menentukan caj pembangunan
Datuk Bandar boleh, sebelum menentukan amaun caj pembangunan, menghendaki pemohon mengemukakan apa-apa maklumat tambahan yang difikirkannya perlu.
Perintah menuntut pembayaran caj pembangunan
dalam Borang A Jadual Kedua untuk pembangunan yang mengakibatkan kenaikan nilai tanah; dan
dalam Borang B Jadual Kedua untuk pembangunan yang tidak menyediakan bilangan petak letak kereta yang dikehendaki.

Perintah ubahan caj pembangunan
Perintah di bawah subseksyen 41(3) Akta yang menentukan caj pembangunan baharu hendaklah dalam Borang C1 atau C2 Jadual Kedua, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
Kadar bunga atas ansuran caj pembangunan
Datuk Bandar boleh, jika difikirkannya patut, membenarkan caj pembangunan dibayar secara ansuran, tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang difikirkannya patut.
Jika caj pembangunan dibenarkan untuk dibayar secara ansuran, bunga pada kadar lapan peratus setahun atas caj pembangunan itu hendaklah kena dibayar.
Pengecualian
Datuk Bandar boleh, selepas mempertimbangkan sesuatu permohonan untuk pengecualian caj pembangunan, mengecualikan mana-mana pembangunan daripada tanggungan membayar kesemua atau mana-mana bahagian daripada apa-apa caj pembangunan yang kena dibayar di bawah Kaedah-Kaedah ini.

Walau apa pun subkaedah (1), apa-apa caj pembangunan dan faedah yang kena dibayar di bawah Kaedah-Kaedah dan pemberitahuan yang telah dibatalkan hendaklah terus kena dibayar seolah-olah caj pembangunan dan bunga itu telah dikenakan di bawah Kaedah-Kaedah ini.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 40(4) and section 64 of the Federal
Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner with the approval of the
Minister, makes the following rules:
Citation and commencement
Development charge
2.
The development charge rate leviable under section 40 of the Act shall be as provided in the First Schedule.
Additional information for determination of development charges 3.
The Commissioner may, before determining the development charge amount, require the applicant to furnish such additional information as he considers necessary.
Order demanding payment of development charge 4.
An order under section 41 of the Act demanding payment of the development charge shall be—
(a)
in Form A of the Second Schedule for a development resulting in increased value of the land; and
(b)
in Form B of the Second Schedule for a development that does not provide the required number of parking spaces.

These rules may be cited as the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur
(Planning) (Development Charge) Rules 2013.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 1 August 2013.

Development charge variation order
Interest rate on development charge instalments 6.
(1)
The Commissioner may, if he considers appropriate, permit the development charge to be paid in instalments, subject to such conditions he considers appropriate.
(2)
Where the development charge is permitted to be paid in instalments, interest at the rate of eight percent per annum on the development charge shall be payable.
Exemption
7.
(1)
The Commissioner may, after considering an application for exemption of development charge, exempt any development from the liability to pay the whole or any part of any development charge payable under these Rules.
(2)
An exemption under subrule (1) shall be made in Form D of the Second
Schedule.
Revocation and saving
8.
(1)
The City of Kuala Lumpur (Planning) (Development Charge) Rules 1979
[P.U. (A) 88/1980] and the notification of Interest Rate on Development Charge
Instalments [P.U. (B) 455/1993] are revoked.
(2)
Notwithstanding subrule (1), any development charge and interest payable under the revoked Rules and notification shall continue to be payable as if the development charge and interest had been imposed under these Rules.
