Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Enakmen Taman Negeri Terengganu 2017, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PW1045 Peta Kadaster 61-D, 62-C, 69-A, 69-B, 70-A, 70-B, 70-C dll dan PW1046 Peta Kadaster 70-A, 78-A, 78-B, 78-C, 78-D, 79-A, 87-A dll yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud Taman Negeri Terengganu dan menurut seksyen 8 Enakmen Taman Negeri Terengganu 2017 telah menetapkan bahawa Majlis Pengurusan Taman Negeri Terengganu atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Enactment Of Terengganu

State Park 2017, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan No. PW 1045 Cadastral

Map 61-D, 62-C, 69-A, 69-B, 70-A, 70-B, 70-C and others and PW 1046 Cadastral

Map 70-A, 78-A, 78-B, 78-C, 78-D, 79-A, 87-A and others deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu, and pursuant to section 8 of the

Enactment Of Terengganu State Park 2017 has stipulated that the Terengganu State

Park Management Council or successors of his office shall maintain the reserved land.
