Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 14 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(i)
Peraturan-Peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Tanah
Terengganu (Pindaan) 2020.
(ii)
Peraturan-Peraturan ini hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa pada tarikh ianya disiarkan dalam Warta.

Section 2
Peraturan 5 kepada Peraturan-Peraturan Tanah Terengganu 1966 dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas peraturan 5, peraturan yang berikut:
"5A. Selepas mendapat kelulusan pelanjutan tempoh pajakan, Pentadbir
Tanah hendaklah memaklumkan kepada pemohon untuk membayar fi dengan mengeluarkan notis dalam Borang 5A."

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the National Land Code 1965 [Act 56/1965], the State Authority of the State of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.

These Rules shall come into force on the date published in the Gazette.
Amendment of rule 5
Seksyen 2
Section 2
Rule 5 of the Terengganu Land Rules 1966 is amended by inserting after rule the following rules:
"5A. Upon approval of the extension of the lease term, the Land Administrator shall inform the applicant to pay the fee by issuing the notice in Form 5A."
Seksyen 3
Amendment of rule 7
Rule 7 of the Terengganu Land Rules 1966 is amended by inserting after the words "rule 5" the words "and rule 5A".

Amendment of rule 20
Rule 20(1) is amended after item 96 by deleting the word "and", and inserting the following item:
