Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 79(2) Akta Mahkamah Rendah 1948 [Akta 92], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah melantik pegawai-pegawai yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk memegang jawatan Majistret Kelas Dua di dan bagi Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan berkuat kuasa mulai dari tarikh yang dinyatakan bersetentangan dengan nama mereka masing-masing dalam ruang (2).

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 79(2) of the Subordinate Court Act 1948 [Act 92], the State Authority has appointed the officers named in colum (1) of the Schedule to hold the office of Second Class Magistrate in and for the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan with effect from the dates set out opposite their respective names specified in column (2). APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE LICENSING BOARD

Opening note

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 31 Akta Eksais 1976 [Akta 176], yang telah diwakilkan oleh Menteri kepada Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan melalui pemberitahuan yang disiarkan sebagai P.U.(B) 353 bertarikh 2 Jun 1977, saya, Dato’ Seri Dr. Zambry bin Abd. Kadir, Menteri Besar, Perak Darul Ridzuan, melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual menjadi ahli-ahli Lembaga Pelesenan bagi Daerah Kinta bagi tempoh 3 tahun mulai dari 1 Januari 2010 hingga 31 Disember 2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], which had been delegated by the Minister to the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan vide notification publised as P.U.(B) 353 dated 2 June 1977, I, Dato’ Seri Dr. Zambry bin Abd. Kadir, Menteri Besar, Perak Darul Ridzuan, appoint the persons named in the Schedule to be members of the Licensing Board for the District of Kinta for a period of 3 years with effect from 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2012.
