- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja Dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 14 Mac 2007 dipetakan di atas Peta PW 3170 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah/Perlis dan yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Bukit Perak yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 952 bertarikh 7 Januari 1939 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.
