Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah melantik pegawai yang tersebut di dalam ruangan yang kedua menjadi seperti yang tersebut di dalam ruangan yang kelima mulai dari tarikh yang tersebut di dalam ruangan yang keenam di dalam Jadual di bawah.
