Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13(1)(b) Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat menyatakan bahawa mulai daripada 15 November 2000 akan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta PW 1923 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah/Perlis yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Bukit Malut yang diisytiharkan mengikut Kenyataan Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 285 bertarikh 30 Julai 1953 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi simpanan yang tersebut itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1)(b) National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1985 the Ruler in Council hereby declares that as from 15th November 2000 land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan PW 1923 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah/Perlis and which formed part of Hutan Simpan Bukit Malut declared under Kedah Government Gazette Notification No. 285 dated 30th July 1953 shall cease to be reserved.
