Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara. Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman pada hari Isnin bersamaan 5 November 2001 jam 11.00 pagi. Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut seksyen 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat. To Aminah binti Md. Noh (K/P 330911-02-5236) residing at 55 Jalan AU 5C/14, Lembah Keramat, Kuala Lumpur, as a chargor in the charge as mentioned in the Schedule below for land/lease/sub-lease as mentioned therein. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 27 Sept. 2001] 437 Notice is hereby given that I have received from the chargee in the charge an application for an order to be issued under section 260(2) of the National Land Code. And I hereby propose to hold an enquiry in respect of the above application at the Land Office Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman on Monday 5th November 2001 at 11.00 a.m. Therefore as required under section 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby as required to appear at the enquiry and show cause why the above order should not be made.
