Bahawasanya, saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadaian tersebut, suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara: Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan pada hari Khamis, 29 Disember 2005 pada pukul 2.15 petang: Maka oleh yang demikian dan menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan itu dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah itu tidak patut dibuat.
