Preamble

Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jualan dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara. Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Langkawi, Kedah pada hari Isnin 21 April 2003 pukul 11.30 pagi. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 27 Mac 2003] 189 Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut seksyen 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat. To Hashim bin Itam (K/P 1612684) residing at No. 9, Jalan Emas Puteh 2, Taman Sri Skudai, 81300 Skudai, Johor, as a chargor in the charge as mentioned in the Schedule below for land/lease/sub-lease as mentioned therein. Notice is hereby given that I have received from the chargee in the charge an application for an order to be issued under section 260(2) of the National Land Code. And I hereby propose to hold an enquiry in respect of the above application at the Land Office Langkawi, Kedah on Monday 21st April 2003 at 11.30 a.m. Therefore as required under section 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby required to appear in the above enquiry and show cause why the above order should not be made.
