Preamble

Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara. Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kota Setar, Tingkat Bawah, Bangunan Sultan Abdul Halim, Jalan Sultan Badlishah, Alor Star, Kedah Darul Aman pada hari Selasa, 26 Ogos 2003 jam 10.00 pagi. Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut seksyen 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat. To Md Zahar bin Bahari (K/P 6033066) residing at No. 28-4-4, Jalan 2/146, Desa Tasik, Sungai Besi, 51000 Kuala Lumpur, as a chargor in the charge as mentioned in the Schedule below for land/lease/sub-lease as mentioned therein. Notice is hereby given that I have received from the chargee in the charge an application for an order to be issued under section 260(2) of the National Land Code. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 266 [5 Jun 2003 And I hereby propose to hold an enquiry in respect of the above application at the Land Office Kota Setar, Bangunan Sultan Abdul Halim, Ground Floor, Jalan Sultan Badlishah, Alor Star, Kedah Darul Aman on Tuesday, 26th August 2003 at 10.00 a.m. Therefore as required under section 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby required to appear at the enquiry and show cause why the above order should not be made.
