Bahawasanya, saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadaian dalam gadaian yang tersebut, suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965]: Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan itu di Pejabat Tanah Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan pada hari Khamis, 6 September 2007 jam 10.00 pagi: Maka oleh yang demikian menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah yang disebut terdahulu tidak patut dibuat.

Now therefore, pursuant to paragraph 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby requested to attend the enquiry and state the reasons why the aforesaid order should not be made.
