Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadai dalam gadaian yang tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara: Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang untuk mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan pada hari Selasa, 14 Oktober 2003 pukul 10.00 pagi: Maka oleh yang demikian, menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan tersebut dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah tersebut tidak patut dibuat.

Now therefore pursuant to paragraph 261(1)(c) of the National Land Code, you are hereby required to attend the enquiry and state the reasons why the aforesaid order should not be made.
