- Bahawasanya hasil yang dikenakan bagi tanah yang tersebut dan yang kena dibayar bagi tahun ini telah tidak dibayar dan adalah terhutang mulai 1 Jun. Tuan/Puan adalah dengan ini dikehendaki, dalam tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta, membayar di Pejabat Tanah Jasin segala wang yang sekarang ini kena dibayar sebagaimana yang tercatat dalam ruang Dan lagi notis diberikan bahawa, jika jumlah yang dinyatakan di ruang (7) itu tidak dibayar dengan sepenuhnya dalam tempoh tiga bulan yang tersebut itu, maka saya yang bertandatangan di bawah ini, menurut kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 100 Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], akan mengisytiharkan melalui Perintah bahawa tanah itu dilucuthakkan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.
