Preamble

Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadaian tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara. Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan pada hari Khamis 6 Oktober 2005 pada jam 2.15 petang. Maka oleh yang demikian dan menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan itu dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah itu tidak patut dibuat.
