  1. Bahawasanya saya telah menerima daripada pemegang gadaian tersebut suatu permohonan supaya perintah jual dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen 260(2) Kanun Tanah Negara. Dan bahawasanya saya bercadang hendak mengadakan suatu siasatan berkenaan dengan permohonan tersebut di Pejabat Tanah Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan pada hari Khamis 6 Oktober 2005 pada jam 2.15 petang. Maka oleh yang demikian dan menurut perenggan 261(1)(c) Kanun Tanah Negara, tuan dengan ini dikehendaki hadir dalam siasatan itu dan menunjukkan sebab-sebab mengapa perintah itu tidak patut dibuat.

Now due to the aforesaid and pursuant to paragraph 261(1)(c) of the National

Land Code, you are hereby requested to attend the enquiry and state the reasons why the aforesaid order should not be made.
