Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Pengkalan Hulu, District of Hulu Perak described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Klian Intan Madrasah Al-Ehsaniah (Religious School) and has designated that the State Secretary of

Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam and ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
