Such applications shall be forwarded to the Chairman, Excise Licensing
Board of the District of Jempol within four weeks before the date of the relevant meeting.
Paragraph 2 of this Notice shall be read together with subregulation 11(3)
of the Excise (Licensing Board) Regulations 1977 in relation to an application for the renewal of an existing licence.
