Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Fees (Remission of Censorship Fees) Order, 1966, and shall be deemed to have effect for the period 1st day of January, 1955 to 30th day of June, 1966. Citation and commencement.

Seksyen 2

The fees payable by a person for the services of the Board of Film Censors under items (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Schedule to the Cinematograph Films (Fees) Order, 1954 is hereby remitted for the period specified in paragraph 1 hereof.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Ministers of the Federal Government (Transfer of Functions) Ordinance, 1951, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This order may be cited as the Minister of National and Rural Development (Transfer of Functions) (No.4) Order, 1966, and shall be deemed to have come into force on 22nd September, 1966. Citation and commencement.

Seksyen 7

No person other than a person on military duty shall enter any part of the range area when red flags are flying during the day or when red lamps are lighted at night. Exclusion of persons.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Malaysia Act, 26 of 1963. the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Modification of Laws (International Citation. Finance Corporation) (Extension to Borneo States) Order, 1966.

Seksyen 2

The International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957, is extended to Sabah and Sarawak.

Extension to Borneo States of F.M. Ord. 77 of 1957 and F.L.N.94 of 1958.

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

(This Note does not form part of the Order)

The effect of this Order as read with the General Provisions Orders (F.L.N. 359 and 360 of 1964) is to extend to the Borneo States the International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957 (No. 77 of 1957) and the International Finance Corporation Order, 1958 (F.L.N. 94 of 1958).

(To be laid before each House of Parliament pursuant to section 74 (9) of the Malaysia Act.)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Malaysia Act, 26 of 1963. the Yang di-Pertuan Agong hereby makes the following Order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Modification of Laws (Fees) Citation. (Extension to Borneo States) Order, 1966.

Seksyen 2

The Fees Ordinance, 1951, except section 10 and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder, is extended to the States of Sabah and Sarawak, subject to the modifications set out in the Schedule.
