The International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957, is extended to Sabah and Sarawak.

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
(This Note does not form part of the Order)
The effect of this Order as read with the General Provisions Orders (F.L.N. 359 and 360 of 1964) is to extend to the Borneo States the International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957 (No. 77 of 1957) and the International Finance Corporation Order, 1958 (F.L.N. 94 of 1958).

Opening note
This Order may be cited as the Modification of Laws (Fees) Citation. (Extension to Borneo States) Order, 1966.
The Fees Ordinance, 1951, except section 10 and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder, is extended to the States of Sabah and Sarawak, subject to the modifications set out in the Schedule.
