The International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957, is extended to Sabah and Sarawak.

Extension to Borneo States of F.M. Ord. 77 of 1957 and F.L.N.94 of 1958.

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

(This Note does not form part of the Order)

The effect of this Order as read with the General Provisions Orders (F.L.N. 359 and 360 of 1964) is to extend to the Borneo States the International Finance Corporation Ordinance, 1957 (No. 77 of 1957) and the International Finance Corporation Order, 1958 (F.L.N. 94 of 1958).

(To be laid before each House of Parliament pursuant to section 74 (9) of the Malaysia Act.)
