BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 482/2009] yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 5 November 2009, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk tanah perkuburan Islam dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 482/2009]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 5 November 2009, the Land Executive

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a Muslim burial ground and has designated that the Director of the Islamic Religious Department of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.

on 17 October 2024 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
