MENURUT perenggan 4(1)(b) Peraturan-Peraturan Perubatan 1974 [P.U. (A) 68/1974], notis diberi mengenai kekosongan jawatan yang dipilih dalam Majlis Perubatan Malaysia seperti yang berikut: Kekosongan jawatan

Seksyen 1

Jawatan yang akan kosong pada 24 Ogos 2014 adalah untuk seorang pengamal perubatan berdaftar penuh yang bermastautin di Sabah yang hendaklah dipilih oleh pengamal perubatan berdaftar penuh yang bermastautin di Sabah.

Penamaan calon

Penamaan calon adalah diminta bagi jawatan yang akan kosong itu.

(2)

Borang penamaan (Borang 1) boleh didapati di pejabat Pengarah

Kesihatan Negeri Sabah, Tingkat 3, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Mat Salleh, 88590 Kota

Kinabalu, Sabah atau daripada Setiausaha, Majlis Perubatan Malaysia, Aras Bawah,

Blok B, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Jalan Cenderasari, 50590 Kuala Lumpur atau boleh dimuat turun daripada laman web Majlis di www.mmc.gov.my.

Penamaan calon hendaklah dikemukakan kepada Yang Dipertua, Majlis

Perubatan Malaysia, Aras Bawah, Blok B, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, Jalan

Cenderasari, 50590 Kuala Lumpur.

Penamaan calon yang dikemukakan selepas pukul 4.00 petang pada 28 April 2014 tidak akan diterima.

Preamble

PURSUANT to paragraph 4(1)(b) of the Medical Regulations 1974 [P.U. (A) 68/1974], notice is given for the vacancy of an elected office in the Malaysian Medical Council as follows: Vacancy 1. The office that will fall vacant on 24 August 2014 is for one fully registered practitioner resident in Sabah to be elected by the fully registered practitioners resident in Sabah. Nomination of candidates 2.

The nomination of candidates to the office that will fall vacant is requested.

The nomination form (Form 1) may be obtained at the office of the

Pengarah Kesihatan Negeri Sabah, 3rd Floor, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Mat Salleh,

88590 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah or from the Secretary, Malaysian Medical Council, Ground

Floor, Block B, Ministry of Health Malaysia, Jalan Cenderasari, 50590 Kuala Lumpur or may be downloaded from the Council’s website at www.mmc.gov.my.

The nomination of candidates shall be submitted to the President,

Malaysian Medical Council, Ground Floor, Block B, Ministry of Health Malaysia, Jalan

Cenderasari, 50590 Kuala Lumpur.

The nomination of candidates submitted after 4.00 p.m. on 28 April 2014

will not be accepted.

Election for the office that will fall vacant will be held on 11 August 2014 at the office of the Malaysian Medical Council, Ground Floor, Block B, Ministry of Health
