Seksyen 2

Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditentukan boleh didapati daripada mana-mana pihak yang berikut—

(i)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri Melaka.

(ii)

Pejabat RISDA Stesen Jasin, Alor Gajah, Melaka Tengah, Masjid

Tanah, Selandar dan Merlimau.

(iii)

Kakitangan Luar Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan

Getah (RISDA).

(iv)

Laman Web Risda dan Portal myGovernment melalui internet.

Seksyen 3

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap pekebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Haji Sukiman bin Sulong, bkt. State RISDA Director of State of Malacca in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber

Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulation 1981, here by give notice that the “Register of Applications For Grants For

The Replanting Of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2009 shall open and shall be closed on the 31 December 2009.

Seksyen 2

Applications should be made on the prescribed application forms which may be obtained from any of the following—

(i)

State RISDA Office at Malacca.

(ii)

Station RISDA Office at Jasin, Alor Gajah, Melaka Tengah, Masjid

Tanah, Selandar and Merlimau.

(iii)

Field Staff of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development

Authority (RISDA).

(iv)

Risda Website and Portal myGovernment through the internet.

Seksyen 3

Any application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed or is made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be considered as an inadmissible application.
