I, Md. Tahir bin Othman, State RISDA Director of State of Malacca in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry

Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulation 1981, hereby give notice that the “Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2011 shall be opened on the 1st day of January 2011 and shall be closed on the 31st December 2011.
