Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Tabika Kemas dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kemaman atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab.

Bahawasanya menurut Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri

Terengganu No. 619 bertarikh 13 Ogos 1987, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu

Darul Iman pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56/1965], telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA II-053807 Lembar Piawai No.

No. 10-A yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Balai Pemeriksaan Hutan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Perhutanan Negeri Terengganu atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

Dan bahawasanya notis cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri untuk membatalkan rizab tersebut telah disiarkan sebagai Pemberitahuan Bilangan 461 dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu bertarikh 24 Mei 2012.

Dan bahawasanya tiada apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu diterima.

Maka, oleh yang demikian, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 64(2)(b) Kanun Tanah Negara dengan ini membatalkan seluruh rizab tersebut.

Whereas by Notification published in the Terengganu State Government Gazette

No. 619 dated 13 August 1987, the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1965], has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon certified plan No. II-053807 Sheet No. 10-A deposited in the office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu, for a public purpose, to wit, a site Forest Checking Station and has designated that the State Director of Forest

Terengganu or his successors in office shall maintain the reserved land.

And whereas notice of the proposal of the State Authority to revoke the reserved land was published as a Notice No. 461 in the Terengganu Government Gazette dated 24 May 2012.

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the aforesaid reservation was received.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 64(2)(b)

of the National Land Code, the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the whole reserved land.
