Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 8 Peraturan-peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (Skim No. 6) 1981, saya Abd Rahim bin Hashim, Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (RISDA) Negeri Pulau Pinang, dengan ini memberitahu notis bahawa Daftar Permohonan-Permohonan Untuk Bantuan-Bantuan Tanam Semula Kebun-Kebun Kecil Getah bagi tahun 2017 akan dibuka mulai dari 1 Januari 2017 dan akan ditutup pada 31 Disember 2017.

Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang yang ditentukan yang boleh didapati daripada mana-mana alamat yang berikut:

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, I, Abd Rahim bin Hashim, Director of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (RISDA) State of Penang hereby give notice that the Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings for the year 2017 shall be opened from 1 January 2017 and shall be closed on 31 December 2017.

An application which is not made in the prescribed application forms or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders

Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 may be considered as applications which will not be entertained.
