Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Peraturan-Peraturan Pihak Berkuasa

Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah (Skim No. 6) 1981, boleh dianggap sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

In, exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry

Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) regulations 1981, I Hj.

Zakaria bin Mat Zin State RISDA Director of the State of Terengganu hereby give notice that the “Register Of Applications for Grant For The Replanting Of

Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2013 shall be opened from 1 January 2013

and shall be closed on 31 December 2013.

Application shall be made on the prescribed application forms obtainable from any of the following:

Application which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the prescribed period or is not made in respect of smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development

(Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 may be considered as an inadmissible application.
