Permohonan yang tidak dibuat di atas borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu akan dianggap sebagai permohonan yang tidak dilayani.

I, Abdul Ghafar bin Dato’ Haji Borhanudin, State RISDA Director of the State of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority

(Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981, hereby gives notice that the “Register of

Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2010 shall be opened on the 1 January 2010 and shall be closed on the 31 December 2010.
