Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 8 Peraturan-Peraturan Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil (Skim No. 6) 1981 [P.U.(B) 430/ 1981], Pengarah Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Perusahaan Getah (RISDA) Negeri Johor dengan ini memberi notis bahawa “Daftar Permohonan-permohonan Untuk Bantuan-bantuan Tanam Semula Kebun-kebun Kecil Getah” bagi tahun 2005 akan dibuka pada 1hb Januari 2004 dan tarikh tutup bagi membuat permohonan-permohonan itu adalah pada 31hb Disember 2005. J.G.N. 2624 bertarikh 20.11.2003 dan 4.12.2003. 8hb April 2004] 615 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR

Permohonan-permohonan hendaklah dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditetapkan yang boleh didapati daripada pejabat-pejabat/pegawai berikut:

(i)

Pejabat RISDA Negeri Johor di 54-B, Jalan Kebun Teh, Karung

Berkunci 797, 80990 Johor Bahru;

(ii)

Pejabat-pejabat RISDA Daerah di Muar, Pontian, Segamat, Kota

Tinggi/Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat dan Kluang/Mersing; atau

Suggest a correction

(iii)

Kakitangan Luar Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan

Getah (RISDA).

Permohonan yang tidak dibuat dalam borang-borang yang ditentukan atau tidak diterima dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas atau yang tidak dibuat terhadap kebun kecil yang didaftarkan di bawah perenggan 7 Skim itu boleh dikembalikan kepada pemohon-pemohon sebagai permohonan-permohonan yang tidak boleh diterima.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Scheme No. 6) Regulations 1981 [P.U.(B) 430/1981], the Director, State Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Au-thority, Johor hereby gives notice that “The Register of Applications for Grants for the Replanting of Rubber Smallholdings” for the year 2005 shall be opened on 1st January 2004 and the closing date for receipt of the applications shall be on 31st December 2005.

Applications should be made on the prescribed application forms obtain-able from any of the following offices/officers:

(i)

State RISDA Office, Johor at 54-B, Jalan Kebun Teh, Karung

Berkunci 797, 80990 Johor Bahru;

(ii)

RISDA District Offices at Muar, Pontian, Segamat, Kota Tinggi/

Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat dan Kluang/Mersing; or

Suggest a correction

(iii)

Field Staff of the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development

Authority (RISDA).

Any applications which is not made on the prescribed application forms or is not received within the period prescribed above or is not made in respect of a smallholding registered under paragraph 7 of the Scheme may be returned to the applicant as an inadmissible application.
