Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara (Akta 56/65), Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA 129594 Syit Bil. Pulau 8 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Santuari Penyu dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kuala Terengganu atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

(Act 56/65), the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon certified plan No. CP 129594 Sheet

No. Pulau 8 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of

Terengganu, for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Turtle Sanctuary and has designated that the District Officer of Kuala Terengganu or his successors in office shall maintain the reserved land.
