Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/65], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan dipetakan di atas pelan yang diperakui No. PA 127409 Syit Bil. Pulau No. 2 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Terengganu, bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk santuari penyu dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Besut atau pengganti-pengganti jawatannya hendaklah menyenggara tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/65], the State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman has reserved the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon certified plan No. CP 127409 Sheet

No. Pulau No. 2 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Terengganu, for a public purpose, to wit, a site for turtle sanctuary and has designated that the District Officer of Besut or his successors in office shall maintain the reserved land.
