Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] yang diberikan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dan diwakilkan kepada Menteri Besar Selangor oleh Raja dalam Mesyuarat melalui Sel. P.U. 17 bertarikh 7 Jun 1984, Menteri Besar Selangor mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan dalam Pelan Ukur Hasil No. P.A. 88455 dan P.A. 89207 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Selangor adalah dirizabkan bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang yang akan dikawal oleh Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor.

In exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1965] conferred upon the State Authority and delegated to the Menteri

Besar of Selangor by the Ruler in Council vide Sel. P.U. 17 dated 7 June 1984, the Menteri Besar of Selangor proclaims that the parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Revenue Survey Plan No. P.A. 88455 and

P.A. 89207 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey of Selangor, is reserved for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open space to be controlled by the State Secretary of Selangor.
