Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Jabi dan Mukim Gelong, Hosba dan Kubang Pasu, Daerah Kecil Pokok Sena dan Daerah Kubang Pasu setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1927, PW 1828 dan PW 1954, PW 1956, PW 1856, PW 1857, CP 33043 dan PA 02-044549 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(c) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the land in Mukim Jabi and Mukim Gelong, Hosba and Kubang Pasu, Sub-District of Pokok Sena and District of Kubang Pasu in so far as it relates to the land Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 1927, PW 1928 and PW 1954, PW 1956, PW 1856, PW 1857, CP 33043 and PA 02-044549 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim to be included as Land in Malay Reservation.
