Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(c) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Husba dan Malau, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2007, PA 73376, PW 1938, PW 1939, PW 1940, PW 1941, PW 1942, PW 1943, PW 1944, PW 1945 dan PW 1946 yang mana disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Kedah, Kulim dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu
