- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh Seksyen 62 Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bagi Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman dengan ini memberitahu bahawa sekeping tanah seluas 155 meter persegi, Bil. Lot 450 yang terletak di Pulau Perhentian, Mukim Pulau Perhentian dalam Daerah Besut dan dipetakan di atas pelan Akuan Bil. PA 103994, Bil. Syit Pulau No. 3 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Terengganu dijadikan satu rizab bagi suatu maksud awam iaitu tapak bagi Bangunan Taman Bimbingan Kanak-kanak yang akan dijagai oleh Pegawai Daerah, Besut atau pegawai-pegawai yang akan mengganti memegang jawatannya.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the National Land Code, the State Authority of the State of Terengganu Darul Iman hereby notifies that parcel of land comprising 155 square metres being Lot No. 450 situated at Pulau Perhentian, Mukim Pulau Perhentian in the District of Besut delineated in the certified plan No. CP 103994, Sheet No. Pulau No. 3 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Terengganu is reserved for a public purpose, to wit a site for Taman Bimbingan Kanak-kanak Building to be maintained by the District Officer, Besut or his successors in office.
