In execise of the powers conferred by Subsection 17(2) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the State Authority makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

This Order may be cited as the Malay Reservations (Amendment of Second

Schedule) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule of the Malay Reservations Enactment

(F.M.S. Cap 142], is amended by adding the following words:

“Gerik Timber Industri Sdn. Bhd.”.

Notis ini adalah diberi bahawa Majlis Daerah Kerian, sebagai Pihak Berkuasa yang berkenaan berhubung dengan mana-mana jalan yang terletak dalam kawasan

Majlis Daerah Kerian, bercadang untuk membuat perintah di bawah Akta

Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333] yang kesannya ialah melarang kenderaan-kenderaan berat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam ruangan (1) Jadual diletak atas bahu-bahu jalan seperti yang ditetapkan dalam ruangan (2) Jadual antara pukul 7.00 malam hingga 7.00 pagi.

Notice is hereby given that the Kerian District Council, being the appropriate authority in relation to any road situate within the Kerian District Council area, proposes to make an order under the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333] the effect of which is to prohibit the parking of heavy vehicles as prescribed in column (1) of the Schedule on side table of roads as specified in column (2) of the Schedule during the hours from 7.00 p.m. until 7.00 a.m.:
