In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313] as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoptional) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bintang Hijau Forest Reserve published vide Federated

Malay States Government Gazette No. 1190 dated 24 March 1921 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

The area of approximately 8.924 hectares in the Mukim of Lubok Merbau,

District of Kuala Kangsar outlined in grey on PW 4813 deposited in the

Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. 3356 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 27 Oktober 2016, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak Masjid Muhammadan;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 3356 published in the Perak Government

Gazette on 27 October 2016, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule for Muhammadan Mosque;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land as described in the Schedule.

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.
