Bab 203] yang telah diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri [P.W. 233/82], Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang telah mengarahkan supaya air dibekalkan secara percuma tiap-tiap bulan kepada rumah-rumah ibadat yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual menurut had meter padu yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual bersetentangan dengan tiap-tiap satu rumah ibadat mulai dari 1 Julai 2005. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 16(ii) of the Water Supply Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 203] which had been delegated to him by the State Authority, [G.N. 233/82] the State Secretary of Pahang has directed that water be supplied free of charge each month to the place of worship specified in column (1) of the Schedule according to the limits of cubic metre specified in column (2) of the Schedule corresponding to each place of worship with effect from the 1 July 2005. Preamble
- Bahawasanya melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 64 yang disiarkan pada 7 April 1966, Menteri Besar Pahang pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 116e.1r.10p. yang dikenali sebagai No. Lot 3853, terletak di Mukim Chenor, Daerah Temerloh, yang dilukiskan atas Pelan Ukur No. 20,358 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak padang ragut kerbau atas nama Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan disenggara oleh Pegawai Daerah Temerloh; Dan bahawasanya suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizapan tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang pada 1 Julai 2004 sebagai Pemberitahuan Warta No. 524; WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [21hb Julai 2005 482 Dan bahawasanya pada tarikh dan masa yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan perizapan tersebut.

- Whereas by the Pahang State Government Gazette No. 64 published on the 7 April 1966, the Menteri Besar of Pahang in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the Land Code has proclaimed the land comprising of an area of 116e.1r.10p. known as Lot No. 3853, situated at Mukim of Chenor, District of Temerloh, delineated upon Survey Plan No. 20,358 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a reserve for a public purpose, namely, as a site of Buffalo Grazing Ground in the name of the State Secretary, Pahang to be maintained by the District Officer, Temerloh; And whereas a notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette on the 1 July 2004 as Gazette Notification No. 524; And whereas on the date and time fixed for enquiry, the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines did not receive any objection to the proposal; Now therefore it is declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes the aforesaid reservation.
