Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 30hb Julai 2015]1993
kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Wilayah Sungai Beriah Kiri, Mukim Beriah.

DECLARATION of wilayah of sungai beriah kiri, mukim of beriah malay reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as the Wilayah of Sungai Beriah Kiri, Mukim of Beriah Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 106.7 hectares in Wilayah Sungai Beriah Kiri,

Mukim of Beriah, District of Kerian outlined in grey on PW 4066 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
