Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1 Tahun 1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah seluas lebih kurang 203.96 ha. sk. (504 ek. sk.) yang terletak di Mukim Lenga, Daerah Muar sebagaimana yang ditandakan dalam Pelan P.W. 1714 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor di bawah seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], dijadikan kawasan Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Simpanan Melayu L.K.T.P. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1 of 1936], the Director of Lands and Mines, Johor with the approval of the Ruler-in-Council declares that the area of land comprising approximately 203.96 ha. sk. (504 ek. sk.) situated in the Mukim of Lenga, District of Muar, as delineated on Plan G.P. 1714 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johor under section 410 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], to be a Malay Reservation area known as the L.K.T.P.
