In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1 of 1936], the Director of Lands and Mines, Johor with the approval of the Ruler-in-Council declares that the area of land comprising approximately 302.9 ha. sk. (748.5 ek. sk.) situated in the Mukim of Labis, District of Segamat, as delineated on Plan G.P. 2494 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johor under section 410 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], to be a Malay Reservation area known as the L.K.T.P.
